These are a few of my favorite (third trimester) things...

Ever since the first trimester passed my nauseousness, and thankfully my complete aversion and obsession with certain foods passed with it, but there are a few things that i am still a bit obsessed with. So I thought I'd take a moment to record a few of my late pregnancy favorites and least favorites

First, the favs

Water: OK, I realize that is probably an obvious one, but I have a ferocious appetite for hydration and have water with me pretty much at all times, I have never been so thirsty or enjoyed H2O as much as I have in recent months.
M&M's: I would never turn down chocolate in any form but M&M's were never at the top of my list when perusing the isles, however lately I can't get enough!!
Friday Night Lights: I joined the Friday Night Lights party a little late so I never saw the first two seasons. ABC Family (which has nothing to do with anything "family" as far as I am concerned but that is for another post) has been playing the old episodes daily. So thanks to the DVR when the boys nap I get to put my feet up and fall more in love with Tami and Eric Taylor (ahem, & Tim Riggins) every day. These are by far the best episodes! And I am certian that Coyt and Crew are going to be brain washed with "Texas Forever" from the get go.
The Tent: A name affectionally given to the most comfortable thing in my closet. In some stroke of genius I was hand-me-downed a night gown and when I get to put it on I breath a sigh of pure satisfaction, mostly because it doesn't touch me anywhere!! It is not the one pictured below, but very similar. The tag says victoria's secret (and let me tell you you could hide a whole lifetime of secrets and about ten of your best friends in this thing) but it looks more Laura Ingalls than Vicky to me.

And then a few not so favs:

Peach Tea Snapple: This was about my favorite drink going into this pregnancy and all through the first trimester, but I can't even open one without gaging now. Sorry snapple maybe someday we'll rekindle our mutual affection for one another.
My Hips: No, not there expansion (although that wouldn't be on my fav list either) but there complete lack of interest in working together with the rest of my body. After I have been sitting of awhile and get up my brain and my legs are good to go, but my hips are on there own wavelength and take a few minutes to join the party making me limp, temporarily, until they catch up with the rest of us.

Not sure why I wanted to remember that during this pregnancy I have me-maw hips and love to sit around watching Friday Night Lights looking like an overweight pioneer woman stuffing my face with M&M's but, it sounded like a good idea when I started this post. ;)

I really have nothing to complain about and feel very blessed to be feeling as good as I do at this point in my pregnancy.

I am cracking up envisioning you in "the tent". Hilarious! But I can totally relate because I had a certain nightgown that stretched to high heaven when I was pregnant with Bubba. But oh the comfort it brought! :)

ahem....TIM RIGGINSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! I'm sorry, lost control there for a minute. heart heart heart FNL
and don't be jealous but since we have Direct TV we get to watch the season this fall before the rest of the world sees it in the spring!!

Oh My Gosh, I LOVE Friday Night Lights! I just started watching right before Asher arrived and I'm already caught up to this season! It's addicting and I think Eric & Tami's relationship is absolutely hilarious!! Oh, and don't get me started on Tim Riggins!!!

I love that you love the tent!!! I have never ever loved a gift from Kacey mire than that tent:-). I also heart FNL season one and two--- the best show. Love that you are drinking your water and feelin' good!!

We used to watch FNL and lost track of it. We need to go back and return to the show. Especially since I will be Tammy Taylor and have a baby when Justin is in high school. :-)

Love the tent - never heard of it. Sorry I had to miss the fun shower this weekend - looking forward to celebrating in Waco in a few weeks!

Agreed that abc family is not so family friendly :)Although I organize my afternoon around Gilmore Girls at 4 and now I love that FNL is on right after! I have filled my DVR with them both to watch while I nurse :)

Your recap at the end of this post made me laugh out loud. You look great and glad you're feeling good!
